New Zealand’s most popular lemon, thought to be a hybrid between a true lemon and a mandarin. A large, juicy, smooth-skinned fruit, that is rounder than a true lemon. The skin is fragrant and thin, coloured a deep yellow with a slight orange tint when ripe. They have a sweeter, less acidic flavour than other more common lemon varieties, and the pulp is a dark yellow.
